Our work
Our activities rest on four pillars: individual therapy in our clinical-psychological practice, training courses through our academy, the publication of literature, and a members' area for our long-standing clients and those with a special interest in our work.

01
Practice
Our clinical and health psychology practice offers state-of-the-art trauma psychology—specializing primarily in mindfulness-based therapy, bodywork, and hypnotherapy—aimed at resolving the complex, chronic aftereffects of trauma.
02
Academy
Through workshops, seminars, and retreats, we spread trauma-informed knowledge and ensure that the effects of trauma are recognized more quickly and accurately and treated more effectively.

03
Publishing
By publishing trauma-sensitive and mindfulness-based literature, we ensure that our work is publicly and easily accessible and that healthcare professionals have direct access to our experiences.
04
Membership
In our subscriber area, we answer all questions regarding therapy for trauma survivors and address the concerns of those affected by trauma. Weekly posts, exclusive access to all therapy materials, and a dedicated section for trauma group participants round out our offerings.
