Terms and conditions

Clinical-psychological diagnosis and treatment is the examination, interpretation, change and prediction of people's experiences and behavior using scientific-psychological findings and methods.

In the event that the treating clinical psychologist is absent due to illness or vacation, replacement by another clinical psychologist is permissible, provided there is nothing to the contrary from a professional perspective. Agreed treatment units must be paid for in full even if you miss the appointment, unless you can prove that the appointment was canceled at least 48 hours before the start of the treatment unit.

In accordance with the provisions of the Psychologists Act, your clinical psychologist will inform you about the procedure for clinical-psychological diagnostics, the expected course of treatment (type, scope, planned course of consultation/treatment, setting, replacement arrangements), the expected total duration of the treatment, and the type of treatment, used methods, the costs of diagnostics and/or treatment, any data transfer, processing of data, reasons for any necessary changes to the planned procedure as well as possible risks due to the implementation or lack of treatment and the need to consult a doctor if there is any suspicion of somatic symptoms that need to be treated.

Clinical psychologists are legally obliged to keep records of every clinical psychological measure they take. Upon request, your clinical psychologist must provide you with information about the documentation kept and access to the documentation or enable the production of copies for a fee. Your clinical psychologist is obliged to keep the documentation for ten years.

By signing during the initial appointment, you agree that the documentation, processing and transmission of your personal data can take place - including online sources.

Your clinical psychologist must provide information to the social insurance institutions about data that is necessary for billing and control of the same, if reimbursement of costs is requested. It is therefore advisable to explicitly point out this fact beforehand when disclosing content that you believe should not be passed on.
