Sandra & Patrick Zaunfuchs
Our interest in interpersonal relationships, their shadows, and their potential began in our early teens. At 13, Sandra gave her first presentation on families struggling with addiction, and since then, she has been familiar with all therapy programs in the field of trauma healing. At 18, she wrote her first paper on narcissism. Over the past 20 years, this scientific field has seen tremendous progress, making it a true passion for us to specialize in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse.
As an expert in mindfulness, trauma therapy, and narcissistic abuse recovery therapy, Sandra works with the latest and most effective methods for healing trauma, overcoming crises, and building a new life of abundance, joy, and health. In over 20 years of research into state-of-the-art mindfulness and trauma healing concepts, she has created her own integrative trauma healing approach—"Free Trauma Psychology"—which makes narcissistic abuse and chronic trauma-related conditions as treatable as possible. She has also always loved to travel and, since 2016, has been sharing her "mindful journeys," visiting special places dedicated to particular principles of mindfulness, inspiring those who have already embarked on their own journey of personal and spiritual development.

We have extensive collaborations both in the projects and in the individual case work in order to achieve the best possible effects from a scientific point of view. Our partners are involved depending on a preliminary discussion on the project/individual case. Thousands of organizations and individuals have already benefited from our mindful support, which has brought out their hidden potential.
Furthermore we love to travel ever since and as we develop collaborations worldwide, we also share about mindful traveling on our blog.
