New platform starting 2026

followyoursun is growing and is an ever-expanding network, with 3,500 followers from last year to this year, more than 1,000 clients in over 10 years of our business, hundreds of companies, 100,000 views on social media since last year, and many small and large initiatives worldwide.

To better reflect this complexity in the future and create a more efficient and effective tool for trauma therapy and mindfulness projects, we are redesigning our "Travel Blog" section. We originally reported on our mindful journeys and mindful places in this section; these will continue to be available on Facebook and Instagram:

Here follows a membership program that provides access to all therapy tools, all seminars and courses, as well as free literature, for anyone who uses trauma therapy themselves, wants to receive training in it, or wants to participate in the projects and make the world a better, more peaceful place. We are incredibly excited about the new challenge and the journey we will share together!
