Sometimes life seems like an endless journey of challenges, stumbling blocks and strokes of fate. But what if we don't allow these dark sides to have power over our lives, but instead focus on our true self: the happy inner sun child who wants to discover, experience, dance, sing and jump.
Today's journey continues to the south of France, where Europe's longest dune can be discovered. Just as we can see everything in life as difficult and a hike on this seemingly endless dune as arduous, we can also simply be fascinated by the universe with all the wonders that are hidden and waiting to be discovered. Anyone who has ever been to the Atlantic coast can't get enough of it, so it's worth setting priorities and choosing individual beach locations. If you fancy some city air in the capital of red wine, you won't be able to get enough of all the sights. We recommend prioritizing here too: to try the local cuisine, we recommend the "Marché des Capucins" market square. On Saturdays there is a wonderful flea market with a great atmosphere around the Basilica of Saint Michel. The "Rue St. James" exudes bohemian vibes with its cute cafes and boutiques. You can spend a whole day in the "Musée d'Aquitaine", the local history museum, and delve into the historical roots of the region. And if you need to cool off on hot days, you can get splashed at the world's largest fountain - the "Miroir d'eau" - a special treat for children.
